Donation Policy
Payment on the site is subject to the following conditions:
1. The use of the website and the regulations in the masculine language is for convenience only and is intended for both men and women.
2. Intervener Movement - Bystander Israel (RA) (hereinafter - the Interveners Association) allows through this site to contribute to the existence of the association and the realization of its goals in an easy, convenient and fast way.

4. Payment is made on a secure site according to the required standards and the site's clearing company complies with the PCI standard.
5. The perpetrator will be entitled to apply to the Interveners Association for a change in the billing details and cancellation of a transaction.

11. The Interveners Association will be entitled to prevent the operator from making a donation on the Site by blocking it in any of the following cases:
• The perpetrator committed an illegal act and / or violated a court order.
• The perpetrator violated one of the terms of the regulations.
• The performer provided intentionally incorrect information during registration and / or afterwards.
• The perpetrator of the action committed an act and / or omission that could harm the association and / or anyone on its behalf and / or the proper operation of the site and / or any third party.
12. Without derogating from the above, going beyond this is subject to legal, criminal and civil proceedings.
13. The interpretation of these By-Laws and the enforcement of the By-Laws or any action and / or dispute arising therefrom, shall be made in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and will be clarified if necessary in the competent courts.
